Dupe is an inspirational fiction writer who loves to create stories to challenge her readers to consider life-changing possibilities sometimes outside their normal reach.
The Aireginan Dream
Airegin… that African country with great potential. At first it seemed that the only place to go was downhill, but then one man left the realm of his dreams and took the pains to make his people embrace the need for change. One man and his God, created the unexpected; the unbelievable….
This book is for everyone who loves their country and has great hopes for better things to come.
My imagination is much more fertile than my writing is spontaneous. My writings don’t start until the story is fully formed in my head. I carry it round for days, sometimes months on end, with a sense of having it mature and blossom with time. Then when the time is right and I feel inspired, I sit down at my computer and punch away. My first attempt on paper never fully mirrors what’s in my head. So like a sculptor that creates an image out of a heap of clay, I start molding and chipping away until one last time, I read through and am able to sigh – “Yeeah, Thank God.”
God truly is my inspiration and I thank Him for his gift

My Faith Story
For the first twenty-one years of my life I searched for peace. Neither my habitual church attendance nor my ardent attempt to keep all the rules and regulations, helped at all. From my youth I sensed that God was real and I loved him a little, but there was a gaping vacuum inside.
Many times and out of despair I would pray like this, “Lord, I need to connect with you; I feel I know what to do, but I do not have the strength or the will power to do it. My spirit is willing, but my soul, mind and strength are weak. Help me. Don’t let me die until I know you.”
Surprisingly, God took my prayers seriously. The preacher was just about to start his sermon and asked us to bow our head in prayer. As I obeyed, I felt God’s strong and tangible presence all around me and in that moment I found the strength I needed to surrender to my Creator. My eyelids were tightly shut but I could see a light, so bright.
I can testify that He is worthy of our faith and trust.
